Farmed and packed in Vietnam. Keep frozen -18C or below. Do not refreeze once defrosted. This product is raw, defrost thorougly and cook fully within 24hrs. Do not reheat when cooked.

Large, raw, headless, shell-on, ez-peel king prawns with protective ice glaze. Store at -18C or colder. Remove from the packaging and defrost at room temperature for 2-3 hours. Once defrosted store in a refrigerator and use within 24hrs.

Caught in pots and traps in the North-West Atlantic. Keep frozen -18C. Thaw for 10-12hrs in refrigerator. Serve cold or to serve hot, place lobster in boiling water for 3 minutes. Refrigerate remaining product and consume within 24hrs. Do not refreeze.

Origin: Bangladesh Separate the fishes from fish block by defrosting it in water at normal temperature. Wash the fishes properly and cook or fry with spices as per your taste. Keep frozen at -18C once defrosted do not refreeze.
