DAMAGED PRODUCT I RECEIVED

In the rare case the product you received is damaged, incomplete or wrong we apologize for the inconvenience. We try to make sure that every product is correctly placed for every customer. However, should you find it in such a situation you can simply contact us or Email us at info@Fish.com

Claims can be done within 14 working days of making a purchase and all claims will be entertained after approval from the quality department.

Fish Store  makes sure that all our customers are satisfied so offer this opportunity to exchange the product with another but with few limitations.

CASH REFUND

If there is any manufacturing fault in the product then a refund will be issued within 14 working days once we received the item & will refund the amount to your bank account/other payment methods.

DELIVERY TIME

We are catering to customers from worldwide. The orders received from countries other than UK  will be delivered through DHL.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before the order has been processed. Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable. Fish Store  
has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item being out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment being declined by the issuing financial institution.
